Our personnel have undertaken rigorous in-house training and additionally training with the Bluebox Partnership and Elmhurst Energy Systems, prior to undertaking the formal qualification with the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP).
Through Elmhurst Energy our DEAs each enjoy £1,000,000 of professional indemnity insurance and £2,000,000 worth of public liability insurance.

As the legislation requires, our service provision will extend to the provision of Commercial EPCs, On Construction EPCs, SAP assessments and Display Energy Performance Certificates (DECs). These changes to the law take effect during the latter part of 2008 and early 2009.

If you require domestic or commercial air tightness testing, we are happy to recommend Air Tightness Ireland, who operate under license from the BRE, with the associated knowledge and resources for complex and sizeable projects.
