EPC Belfast has been involved in the energy assessment of buildings since the very start of the implementation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations in Northern Ireland.
Our personnel have undertaken comprehensive in-house and external training and share a commitment to keep abreast of all industry developments by exceeding their annual continuing professional development (CPD).
We are Constructionline registered to provide energy assessments and indemnify all our professional services as follows:
- £1,000,000 of professional indemnity insurance.
- £10,000,000 of public liability insurance.
Our service provision extends to:
- EPCs (domestic and commercial).
- DECs.
- On Construction EPCs / SAPs (for new build dwellings and non dwellings).
- Air Conditioning Inspection Reports (ACIs).
- Thermal imaging.
- Energy Audits (including the Big Lottery Fund, Energy Efficient Venue Programme).
- Air pressure testing of dwellings.
- EcoHomes assessments.
- Code for Sustainable Homes assessments.
We are providers of EPCs to both the public and private sectors.
